By visiting our site and/or purchasing any of our products, including the Nömad, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including any additional policies referenced herein (shipping and return policy).

Please read these terms carefully before using the site. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the site or place an order. Any new features added to the site will also be subject to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.

By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age in your province of residence, or are acting with the consent of a responsible adult. You may not use our products or our site for any unlawful purpose, nor may you transmit any viruses or malicious code. Some products are offered on a pre-order basis. Delivery timelines indicated at the time of purchase are provided for guidance only and may vary due to production or supply chain factors. Morpheïa is committed to informing the buyer as promptly as possible of any significant change to the expected delivery date.

The inventory displayed reflects the most up-to-date data available and is reviewed periodically. Morpheïa cannot be held responsible for stock shortages but is committed to notifying the buyer promptly should this occur.

The colour and appearance of products may differ slightly from reality depending on the screen used. Morpheïa strives to faithfully reproduce the colours, textures, and characteristics of the fabric used in its products.

3. Pricing and payment terms

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Morpheïa reserves the right to change the price of its products at any time, without notice.

Full payment is required at the time of order, including for pre-orders, by credit card or other payment methods offered on the site. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments; Morpheïa does not retain any credit card information.

Products discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale.

4. Order limits

Morpheïa reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, particularly in cases of doubt as to its authenticity or where quantities are deemed excessive. The buyer will be notified as promptly as possible if their order is modified or cancelled.

5. Accuracy of information

The content of the site (descriptions, images, prices, timelines) is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. Morpheïa reserves the right to correct any inaccuracy and to modify information at any time, without notice, including after an order has been submitted.

The site may provide access to third-party tools or content (payment, social media, etc.) over which Morpheïa has no control. Use of these tools is at your own risk. Morpheïa is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites accessible via hyperlink.
